An employee benefit that keeps morale high, lawyers away and reduces stress. Employers are recognizing that by having an outplacement philosophy and capability, they can greatly reduce the emotion and stress for everyone involved in a termination, plant closing, takeover or restructuring. Outplacement is a benefit that provides employees with the knowledge and professional guidance to approach the job market in a businesslike manner in order to find and obtain a new position in a minimum amount of time. Outplacement services help ward off lawsuits from discharged employees and, more importantly, help to keep up morale and promote loyalty among those who stay.
Sherwood Lehman Massucco provides a practical and step-by-step, hands-on approach for individuals or groups who need the face-to-face encouragement and reassessment of their job search. Our outplacement programs and pricing are tailored to the requirements of the employer and outplaced employee.
