Inc. offers cost effective consulting services for our clients in the
areas of recruiting and general employment.
RECRUITING
When a retained search
is not appropriate, our recruiting consulting services are a cost effective
alternative, especially when you don't have the time to wade through a
stack of resumes. Any one or a combination of these services are available
at an hourly rate.
Position Descriptions:
- Interview appropriate
management personnel.
- Gather necessary
company and corporate culture information
- Create position
description that is in compliance with ADA guidelines.
Resume Evaluation
and Screening:
- Meet with client
to develop a company profile and outline the parameters necessary for
the final candidate.
- Review resumes
collected by our client company and evaluate them against the written
requirements in the job description.
- Develop a written
report ranking and assessing the candidates.
- We can also act
as a clearinghouse for our clients' recruitment efforts, i.e. all resumes
can be sent to us first for screening and evaluation.
Candidate Interviews
and Evaluations:
- Meet with client
to develop a company profile and outline the parameters necessary for
the final candidate.
- Participate in
the interviews with our clients and assist with evaluations.
- Develop a written
report with our recommendations and candidate rankings.
(Note: Interviews can be conducted by telephone or in person).
Reference Checks:
- Conduct initial
reference checks using the references provided by candidates.
- Contact additional
references we develop, if necessary.
- Verify education
and past dates of employment.
Employment Offer
and Salary Negotiations:
- Help develop employment
packages and employment contracts that are consistent with industry
norms.
- As a neutral third
party, we can even make the offer and conduct negotiations, if necessary.
GENERAL EMPLOYMENT
Employee Exit Interviews:
Many companies either feel uncomfortable or are not staffed appropriately
to conduct exit interviews.
As an independent third party, we:
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Gather information
that may not be disclosed otherwise, which could prove vital to retaining
existing employees.
- Develop a written
report documenting our findings for our client.
Postmortem Debriefing:
If your top candidate has just turned down your offer, we perform a third
party debriefing to discover the reasons for the offer not being accepted
and identify any strategic hiring efforts made by the company. In some
instances, we may even be able to resurrect the hire.
